Timelines vary by project size and complexity — smaller projects and plan modifications may take just a few weeks, while custom homes, larger remodels, and additions may take several weeks or longer.

We start with an initial consultation to get to know you and your project, ideas, needs, style, budget, and overall vision.

I gather everything needed to begin your design: inspiration photos, property info, existing plans or measurements, wish lists.

Your ideas begin to take shape as I develop the initial floor plan and overall design, with opportunities to review and give feedback.

My love for home design comes from a genuine appreciation for the details that make a house feel like home. With a background in residential drafting and experience working closely within the home-building industry, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how thoughtful design decisions can make a beautiful home function beautifully, too.
I started Leigha Brockman Designs with the desire to offer a more personal approach to residential design. I love sitting down with clients, hearing their ideas, understanding how they want to live in their home, and turning those conversations into a plan they can actually see and get excited about.
For me, designing a home isn't about following a formula. It's about finding the right balance of beauty, functionality, character, and the little details that make a home uniquely yours.
When I'm not designing homes, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends or cheering on my three boys from the sidelines at one of their sporting events. My family is at the heart of everything I do and a big part of what fuels my passion for creating homes that are both beautiful and made for real life.
